The site runs you through several pages of questions to answer and criteria to set. Wants too much personal information. Many of the criteria are too specific and if used wouldmake the search criteria too tight. I don't want to be specific about the salary I'm looking for, I just want to see all the choices in that catagory and make my own choice as to whether the job is worth looking into or not.

Even though I had unchecked the box (which comes up automatically checked)asking if I wanted information about schools and education, I was repeatedly interupted by pop up pages for assorted education advertisements.

The process of filling in all the forms and setting criteria takes too long, only for the results to say "There are no jobs listed in that catagory"...out of some 400,000 plus listings, not one.

On Monster, Indeed even Craigs list, I find plenty of opportunites to pursue, I find it hard to beleive they have no listings.

I'm concerned over why they want so much information and what they intend to do with it.

It looks serious like it might be a good site. When filling out the forms, I had this feeling that it might be worthwhile. I don't know what it's specialty is other than hawking shools.

Like Net-Temps, a search yields some results for the Bay Area, but nothing specifically for non-profit organizations. It has a lively but simple layout and is probably useful for other job seekers, but it simply does not compare with the better national options I've reviewed (Monster, CareerBuilder, and HotJobs).
